Past life regression therapy is based on the principle of resolving karma. Karma is the lack of understanding of any aspect of your life. Hypnosis is a natural state and everyone is hypnotisable. For eg., this natural state occurs while you are concentrating or focussing on any one aspect or task in any moment, as in while watching a movie, working on any document, reading a book, cooking, singing, dancing, driving, and so on. It happens when you are going on to sleep, but have not slept yet, and while awakening, but have not awakened yet fully (the hypnogogic and hypnopompic states respectively).
As it is a natural state of ours, it is no magic at all. This natural state is only lengthened for healing during hypnotic therapy.
